ace365 VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits
Play at ace365, move up the tiers, and receive direct cashback on your net loss every week. From Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold — the benefits keep growing at each level.
Get to Know the Three Tiers of ace365 VIP
The ace365 VIP program has three separate tiers. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate. A brief overview of each tier is given below.
New VIP members start their journey at this tier. You can earn up to 0.5% cashback per week on your net loss.
Stay regularly active and you can move up from Bronze to Silver. The cashback rate doubles at this tier.
ace365's most dedicated players reach the Gold tier. Here, up to 1.5% cashback is paid on the week's net loss.
| VIP Tier | Weekly Cashback (Maximum) | Cashback Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0.5% | Week's net loss (total loss − total winnings) |
| Silver | 1.0% | Week's net loss (total loss − total winnings) |
| Gold | 1.5% | Week's net loss (total loss − total winnings) |
A Simple Guide to Weekly Cashback
ace365 VIP cashback is calculated over a full week. If your total losses exceed your total winnings by the end of the week, that difference is called your "net loss". Cashback is added directly to your account based on your VIP tier rate applied to that net loss.
For example, say you are a Silver member and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000. In that case: ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. This is the maximum cashback amount at that tier.
No separate claim is needed to receive cashback — the calculation is done automatically. Whether you play slots or live casino games at ace365 casino, any game can count towards this calculation.

Play Actively
Your activity is tracked when you play games regularly at ace365. Slots, live casino, or cricket betting — play in any section can count.
Stay Consistent
It is not just a few days or a few weeks — playing regularly over multiple weeks builds your chances of moving up a tier. Large bets alone are not enough; consistency is what matters.
Tiers Are Reviewed
ace365 reviews VIP tiers at set intervals. You may be moved up from Bronze to Silver or Silver to Gold based on your playing pattern and regularity.
Maintain Your Gold Status
Even after reaching the Gold tier, staying active is important. A long period of inactivity may lead to a tier review. ace365 always gives the best rewards to active and regular members.
What You Get Beyond Cashback
ace365 VIP membership is not limited to cashback alone. As you move up the tiers, more benefits become available that regular members do not receive.
Early Promotion Access
VIP members get access to select promotions earlier. Offers that arrive later for regular users can be enjoyed a little sooner by VIP members.
Faster Withdrawal Processing
Being at a higher VIP tier means your withdrawal requests may be processed on a priority basis. Funds are usually sent within 10–45 minutes.
Priority Support
VIP members are given priority in live chat and email support. Support is available 24/7 in both Bengali and English.
Birthday Reward
VIP members receive a special reward from ace365 during their birthday month. After account verification, a reward of up to ৳1,500 can be claimed (wagering 10x).
Priority Access to Weekly Bonus
VIP members can claim the weekly ace365 gift bonus (50%, up to ৳5,000) every week. Bonus wagering is 20x.
Account Security
ace365 VIP members' accounts are kept secure through SSL encryption and a strict account verification process.
Play Slots and Earn More Cashback
ace365's slots section has hundreds of games — from PG Soft's Fortune Tiger to Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus. VIP members who play slots regularly will see their weekly net loss accumulate, which can result in a higher cashback amount.
For example, under the ace365 Slots Festival promotion (75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x), depositing to play slots gives you a bonus once per day. Using VIP cashback together with promotions like this makes for a better playing experience at ace365.
Those interested in Callbreak, Teen Patti, or other card games can find more details on the Callbreak Quick page. Playing these games can also contribute to VIP activity.
