3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each promotion applies to one person only — claiming bonuses on multiple accounts using the same address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
- Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
- ace365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
4.3 Ongoing Promotions
Several promotions are available regularly on ace365. The weekly ace365 gift bonus offers up to 50% (maximum ৳5,000), with 20x wagering and a minimum deposit of ৳100. The ace365 Slots Festival offers a daily bonus of up to 75% on slot games (maximum ৳8,000), with 25x wagering. The Weekend Cricket Bonanza offers up to 30% on cricket bets (maximum ৳4,000), with 18x wagering.
5 VIP Membership and Cashback
Regular play on ace365 allows you to advance through VIP levels. There are three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
Cashback is calculated each week by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. ace365 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme at any time.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and fishing games on ace365:
6.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. ace365 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.2 Cancellations and Refunds
If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, ace365 will cancel the bet and return the stake, or settle it by an alternative method, in accordance with its standard policy. Specific rules may apply for individual sports or games.
6.3 Match Fixing and Fraud
ace365 takes a firm stance against match fixing and any dishonest activity. If a suspicious bet is identified, it will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken, which may include permanently closing the account.
7 Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace365 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Attempting to hack, crack, or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Using a third-party payment method.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
If any such activity is detected, ace365 may immediately suspend or close the account and confiscate the balance.

If an account is closed by ace365, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned depending on the reason and circumstances.
